Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients who need inspection services.
- Provide quotes and detailed information on client services to prospective homeowners.
- Process orders, updating internal databases with detailed documentation on client accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers and clients to maintain positive relationships.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within appropriate time limits.
- Use guarantee offers to retain and up-sell to customers at every opportunity.
